CHO Cell Culture Media and Feed Supplements

Chinese hamster ovary cells, or CHO cells, have long been cultivated and modified for use in molecular biology and pharmaceutical biotechnology. Mammals are where Chinese hamster ovary cells come from. The cells were taken from the ovaries of a Chinese hamster in 1968, and they have since been expanded and improved in vitro. They can continue to be reproduced infinite times if they are made to be viable outside of the rodent’s body. Both stable and transient expression can be performed using CHO cells depending on a variety of hosts and production clones.

Sarvoshadhi has developed a CHO cell culture medium and feed supplements that support high protein expression and betterment in the characteristics of the various clones.

Sarvoshadhi CHO media and feeds are chemically defined which are protein-free, serum-free, and animal component-free. It is developed for long-term, high-performance suspension cultures. The media and feeds are suitable for research, as well as routine large-scale GMP manufacturing.

HEK Cell Culture Media and Feed Supplements

Human embryonic kidney cells, or HEK cells, have several uses in a variety of scientific areas. These adaptable cells are important in biotechnology, gene therapy, protein synthesis, virology, and other fields. The well-established mammalian expression system i.e. HEK 293 is used for many applications including gene therapy and HEK 293 cells have high transfection efficiency and can produce high yields of recombinant antibodies.

Sarvoshadhi has developed a HEK cell culture medium and feed supplements that support high protein expression and betterment in the characteristics of the various clones.

BHK Cell Culture Media and Feed Supplements

Baby hamster kidney (BHK) cells are most commonly used in the production of animal products, like vaccines against Foot-and-Mouth Disease and rabies. HK cells can be used for both, transient and stable expression.

Sarvoshadhi has developed a BHK Cell culture media that meets the nutritional requirement of BHK cells to have continued viability for a longer period and high production. Sarvoshadhi BHK media and feeds are chemically defined which are protein-free, serum-free, and animal component-free.

Vero Cell Culture Media and Feed Supplements

The Vero cell line, which has more than 30 years of contribution to the vaccine industry, is the most frequently used continuous cell line for the production of viral vaccines. Increasing production kinetics in Vero cells could significantly reduce vaccine production time and cost. To increase these kinetics Sarvoshadhi has developed Vero Cell Culture Media which are protein-free, serum-free, and animal component-free.
