DMEM/F12 Medium

Based on DMEM medium, DMEM/F12 media adds additional nutrients from F12 medium, which is often used in the culture of numerous mammalian cells and includes a range of trace elements. In addition, serum-free media is frequently developed using DMEM/F12 medium as a starting point. Under low serum levels, it is also appropriate for clone density culture and mammalian cell culture.
